Juniperus scopulorum - Rocky Mountain Juniper

Growth Habit - Upright and narrow, pyramidal, often with several trunks.

Branches - Short and dense and somewhat quadrangular.

Leaves - Scale-like, tightly appressed, apex small, entire, dark or blue-green in color and
             rhombic to ovate in shape.

Fruit - Nearly globular, dark blue and ripens the 2nd year.
