Until 2020, I have been able to find the complete documentation of the USDA
GPISA RTI Livestock and Meat Marketing Study at the following website.

The RFP for the study, comments on the RFP, the interim report, the study results,
and peer reviews of the study were available.
It was all there. No more.
And I have plowed through the USDA P&S site to the limits of my abilities
and cannot find to where the reports have been moved. If you find them or the 1996 Study or the Panhandle
Study then I would appreciate a communication.
However, I have kept PDFs — and hard copies – of all the reports. These originals of the reporting are below.
